Our History
Portland Electrical Construction Inc. was founded by the late Michael Donohue and partners in 1986 to provide electrical construction services to the Portland area. PECI was built on the principle of steady growth while maintaining a high level of customer service with exceptional quality electrical installations. This philosophy has helped expand our market areas to NW Oregon, SW Washington and beyond.
With 30 years in business our team has extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical construction, including a specialty focus in Oregon and SW Washington Public and Private K-12, Higher Education facilities, and other highly specified projects. We have expanded our services to include electrical design and build, site lighting surveys and analysis, as well as working with ETO-certified suppliers to help achieve energy credits. PECI is equipped to handle jobs of all scales, ranging from clinical tenant remodels to full campus installations.
